Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a form of yoga without movement. It is a deep relaxation which incorporates the techniques of relaxation, affirmation (Sankalpa), breathing and visualization working together to induce a deep profound level of integrating the body, mind and spirit. During this very restorative class you will lie down, be provided with an eye pillow, and led to that place between sleeping and waking, into a state of meditative inquiry. Allow our wellness staff to take you inward to ‘rebuild your strength, recapture your energy, and reflect on what is truly important in your life’ .

 

 Range of motion required• From standing position be able to descend down onto the supplied mat and lay down• If you have any physical limitations that prevent you from the above, please notify your reservation agent at the time of booking, to ensure that your needs can be accommodated• (P) - Safe for pregnancy during the third trimester   What to bring/prepare• Comfortable clothing (you may also attend in your Ste.
