Connect with your sense of true balance with our Yin & Yang Yoga and Spa Retreat. Join our experienced yoga and meditation teacher, Jenn Hall, as she guides you through the lovely complementary practices of Yin and Yang Yoga.

 

Your 3 day, 2 night retreat at Ste Anne's will include Yin Yoga (the quieter, slower more introspective practice) and Yang Yoga (the more fiery, flow-based and physically challenging practice) in addition to meditation, guided walks and all spa activities and services. Although this is a physical-based retreat, all levels of experience are welcome, and modifications will always be offered for those who require them.
