This comforting treatment uses a pure essential oil blend of Eucalyptus and Palmarosa. The treatment begins with a soothing foot soak followed by a relaxing massage using traditional European massage movements and some light stretching. Extend the benefits of this treatment with a small take home bottle of massage oil.

Traditional European massage includes methods based on the conventional Western concepts of anatomy and physiology and soft tissue manipulation. There are five basic kinds of soft tissue manipulation techniques: effleurage (long, flowing or gliding strokes, usually toward the heart, tracing the outer contours of the body); petrissage (strokes that lift, roll, or knead the tissue); friction (circular strokes); vibration; and tapotement (percussion or tapping). This comforting treatment uses a pure essential oil blend of Eucalyptus and Palmarosa. Your massage will begin with a warm footbath with the pure essential oil blend. You will then move onto the massage table positioned on your back. Your therapist will place a warm towel infused with essential oils on your face and a warmed flaxseed body wrap over your abdominal area to help you begin a deeper level of relaxation. Your therapist will gently massage the front of your legs, arms, shoulders, décolleté and scalp using traditional European Aromatherapy movements. You will also experience gentle stretching of your arms and legs. After turning over, your therapist will work on the backs of your legs and back including some very European cupping and hacking movements.
