1. Decide on the experience you are looking for
At Ste. Anne’s Spa you can choose to visit for just the day or for one or more nights. For maximum benefit, we do recommend a minimum two night stay wherever possible, however we understand that schedules and budgets cannot always accommodate. Whether you choose to visit for the day or for overnight, you will return to your work and home life feeling more relaxed and balanced.
2. Decide how you want to make a reservation – there are two ways
a) Call 1-888-346-6772 to speak with one of our sales advisors
One of our caring and knowledgeable team members will guide you through your booking process, making room and spa selection recommendations and scheduling the itinerary for your stay. Our reservation department is open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday- Friday and 10:00 am-6:00 pm on weekends and holidays. At the time of booking you will be required to pay a $150 deposit per guest.
b) Book your Overnight or Day Spa Package Online
You can now book your overnight or day spa stay on line. Choose your venue (day or overnight), then your package and your room or locker. You will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking and will receive a confirmation of your stay via email. Within 24 hours of your booking, you will be contacted by one of our sales advisors to schedule your meals and spa and wellness selections.
3. Wherever possible, decide on the date and the spa and wellness services you would like to experience
We recommend that before you call to reserve your stay that you have a good idea of the date(s) you would like to visit, as well as the spa and wellness services you would like to choose. This will allow our sales advisors to recommend the best packages for you and to inform whether the spa and wellness services you are looking for are available on the date you wish to visit. Please note that spa and wellness services tend to book up well in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. We recommend that you reserve your spa and wellness services at least 1 month or more in advance where possible.
4. If you are booking for a group of people, please have the full names and emails of the guests joining you
Every reservation here is booked under the guest attending, so it is important to have the full guest name at the time of booking. If you do have any additional contact information to share, that would also be appreciated. We send individual confirmations and itineraries to each guest and we also make a pre-arrival call to each to ensure that all of their questions are answered before they arrive.
5. Be prepared to provide a deposit
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person will be required to hold a reservation for a day spa or overnight booking for individual bookings. For groups of six or more, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the rate for the entire booking must be received 30 days prior to arrival to hold the reservation. We accept, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that we take full payment for your package when making a web reservation.
6. To create your schedule, we will need to your arrival & departure times
At Ste. Anne’s, we like to take care of every detail so that your visit can be seamless and stress free. When you make your booking, we will ask your estimated arrival and departure times. This allows us to schedule your orientation and tour and to better plan your spa and wellness bookings for your visit. For overnight reservations your room check-in is at 4:00 pm and room check-out is 12:00 pm. You are welcome to come a couple of hours before your check-in or stay a couple of hours after your check-out. If you do so you will be provided with a locker in our change room to use in the interim.
Note: every effort is made to time your meals and spa and wellness services with your guests, however this is not always possible due to prior reservations made.
7. Making changes to your schedule
Once you have made your reservation and selected your spa and wellness services, you will receive your confirmations and schedules within 1 business day. If you would like to make any changes to the schedule, you can either email your sales advisor or call 888-346-6772 and we can work on revising your schedule. Please note that not all changes will be possible due to available meal, wellness and spa selections but we will always do our best! The farther in advance of your stay you inquire, the better chance that we will be able to accommodate.
Note: Occasionally we must make adjustments to the starting times of some treatments, so please arrive at least 45 minutes before your first treatment to avoid missing any appointments.
8. Now that I have a reservation, what do I bring with me?
At Ste. Anne’s Spa the goal is to destress so don’t worry too much about what to pack. The majority of your day is spent in your Ste. Anne’s robe so you will only need to bring some casual clothes for dinner, some light fitness apparel for group wellness classes or to walk around the grounds and a bathing suit to enjoy the pools, hot tubs and steam rooms. Below you will find a few more specifics of what to bring.
• Small bag for locker facilities
• Bathing suit
• Sandals or slippers for inside the spa
• Bug Spray
• Comfortable clothing & shoes for wellness activities or treatments that require clothing
• Refillable water bottle
• Personal toiletry items – we provide Ste. Anne’s Skin Nourishment Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Lotion
• All of the above
• Wine or alcohol (as we are non-licensed however you are welcome to bring your own to enjoy at dinner or on the property)
Overnight guests: Your room will be ready for you to check in to by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival (you may arrive as early as 2:00 pm for use of the facilities). Should you be scheduled for any spa services prior to this time, we will provide you with a locker in our change room. Check-out time on your day of departure is 12 noon or earlier and 4:00 pm from the facilities. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later, please ask about our extension packages. We suggest arriving 1/2 hour before your first scheduled activity or spa appointment.
Please feel free to call your reservation agent at 1.888.346.6772 to review your schedule prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will receive a spa itinerary with the exact time and location of each service. Occasionally we must make adjustments to the starting times of some treatments, so please arrive at the spa at least 45 minutes before your first treatment to avoid missing any appointments. Please follow this itinerary and carry it with you throughout the day to refer to.

Ste. Anne's Spa employs both male and female professionally trained therapists. One date change or cancellation received more than 21 days prior to arrival will be processed at no charge and the deposit will be applied to a future booking within one year of the original arrival date. Additional date changes will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee per person. If the deposit remains unused after one year it will be forfeited.
A date change or cancellation received less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Failure to show up for a reservation, arriving a day late or leaving a day early will also result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Spa services are booked and reserved with a spa therapist. Missed treatments, or any changes or cancellations to spa appointments received less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time will result in the full charge for the treatment being applied to the credit card on file.
Changes or cancellations must be made with a live person. An email or a voicemail will not constitute a cancellation. A live person can be reached 24 hours per day by calling your Sales Agent during regular business hours, or by calling 1-888-346-6772, ext. 1800 after hours at which time you will be provided with a cancellation number, followed by and an email confirmation of the cancellation.
