Your experience will begin with a gentle massage using warm Basalt stones which are made of volcanic lava. This increases the blood and lymphatic circulation in your body, stimulating the immune system and soothing sore muscles. The milk and sesame masque is then applied and warm linens are wrapped around your body. Once enveloped in the warm cocoon, a massage follows to the face, scalp and feet. A warm shower completes this treatment. By Lisa Ferguson, RMT Lisa Ferguson is a Registered Massage Therapist; she graduated from The D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in London, Ontario.
