While a guest at Ste. Anne's Spa we encourage you to take part in our group wellness activities. To avoid disappointment, be sure to reserve your spot in the wellness classes of your choice when booking your spa services. Your wellness allowance can be used toward any of our wellness classes listed below.

If you feel like a bit of self-administered wellness, you can take a dip in the fieldstone grotto, home to a tile and stone hot tub, plunge pool and lap pool. Once you are finished there, you can meander over to the eucalyptus steam room to clear your sinuses. Maybe after dinner, you would like to take a stroll through the walking trails, a mixture of forest, open meadow and bubbling brooks - you may even see a deer or two while you are there. From June to September, our outdoor, heated, olympic-sized, pure spring water swimming pool is open for you to enjoy. It is close to the main building, so you can slip down there between treatments. If you prefer to work out the urban way, we also have Hoist fitness equipment for you to use, however we do encourage you to take advantage of the great outdoors while you are with us.
