When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in for overnight reservations is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. For day spa, check-in is 8:30 am and check-out is 6:00 pm. You are always welcome to come an hour or two in advance of your stay and stay until 4:00 pm after check-out to use the facilities. We will provide locker facilities for you if you do.
Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?
Unfortunately, due to the limited number of rooms available at each property, we are unable to guarantee early check in or late checkouts. Your reservation agent can note this on your file and if possible, we will do our very best to accommodate.
How do I make a reservation?
At Ste. Anne’s Spa you can choose to visit for just the day or for one or more nights. When you decide this, you can call 1-888-346-6772 to speak with one of our sales advisors. To experience the optimum benefits of visiting Ste. Anne's Spa, a two-night minimum stay is recommended at all times, and required for weekend stays. What are the meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7:30-10:00, lunch is served from 11:30-2:00, tea is from 3:00-5:00 and dinner is from 6:30-9:00. We have several seatings for each meal. You and your reservation agent will schedule the seatings that make the most sense in light of your spa and wellness selections, and your arrival and departure times.
Are gratuities included in my package or do I need to tip?
We do not include gratuity or service charges in our package rates. Package rates include meals, accommodation (if overnight), spa and wellness allowance and facility use. We believe in an all-inclusive experience where you are free from the worry of taking your wallet out at every turn. As such, we are a non-tipping property.
Can I ask for a particular therapist or gender?
Ste. Anne's Spa employs both male and female professionally trained therapists. We are committed to the principle of Employment Equity, which means we will provide equal treatment in employment and will not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, or creed, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, physical handicap, age, ethnic origin, or political belief, or other grounds prohibited by Provincial or Federal Legislation.
We do understand however that occasionally our guests may have special requests for Spa Therapists and we will endeavour to accommodate these requests to the best of our abilities. We cannot at any time guarantee a particular request however, as changes in staffing may occur (illness, accident, etc.) that are out of our control, thus reducing the availability of particular therapists on a given day.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not permitted anywhere at the Main Inn, however in certain spa cottages your well behaved dog may accompany you. There is a $50 fee added to your accommodation rate and we ask that you use a kennel when you are not in the spa cottage to monitor your dog. Please practice cleanliness by not allowing the pet on furniture and cleaning up after your pet. Dogs must be on a leash at all times as there are resident dogs who may protect their territory.
Can I bring my child?
Ste. Anne’s has an age requirement of 19 years old. We have set this age limit for a few reasons. We are an adult facility that promotes a tranquil atmosphere and as such do not have facilities that are engaging for youths. Most of our guests (men and women) are dressed in robes for the majority of the time, and as thus may not be appropriate for youths. We do make accommodations from time to time, so please inquire with your reservation agent if you wish to discuss the matter. Note: guests are welcome to bring their babies or children if they are staying at either Casa Del Sol, Vista Lago or the Doll's House; you will need to bring a care provider to stay with them and they will not be allowed at the Main Inn or any of the facilities.
Do I have to book my wellness classes ahead of time?
Yes you do and as far in advance as possible. Our classes fill up quickly and if you wait until you arrive you will likely not get the class you were hoping for.
Do I need to book my spa services ahead of time?
Yes, and as far in advance as possible. Our spa service can book up more than a month in advance, so it is best if you can make your selections even at the time of booking. This is especially important if you are looking for RMT massages, longer services or are with a group that would prefer to coordinate the timing of their services and meals.
How can I pay for my stay?
At the time of booking you will be required to pay a $150 deposit per guest. Please note that we take full payment for your package when making a web reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Ste. Anne’s Gift Cards and Resorts of Ontario gift cards. When you are here, you can pay by all of the above and also debit.

What is the difference between the main inn and a spa cottage?
The Main Inn at Ste. Anne’s Spa is where your dining, spa and wellness and facilities are during your stay. We have rooms at the main inn and we also have spa cottages. Our spa cottages range anywhere from 500 metres to 1.5km away. Some guests prefer to stay at the cottages as they are often more spacious, are great for groups and can also be more private.
Is there a smoking area?
Ste. Anne’s Spa is a non-smoking property, however we do have an assigned smoking area. It is located just outside of the fieldstone walls. Ask you guest services team members when you arrive and they will show you exactly where it is.
Is there a coffee maker in my room?
There are coffee makers and kettles in all of our Spa Cottages, but no other rooms at Ste. Anne’s Spa have them. You are most welcome to ask at guest services for one however.
Can we get a cot?
Unfortunately we do not have any cots to add to your room.

Ste. Anne’s Spa is located 90 minutes east of Toronto.
