Our culinary team is ready to inspire you with local seasonal fare and organic produce, enhance your cooking skills and rapidly expand your recipe repertoire. Each retreat will have a cuisine focus while you spend time enjoying cooking demonstrations and hands-on learning in a relaxed atmosphere.


Between culinary activities, guests can explore over 400 acres of scenic rolling countryside, enjoy our many amenities including hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, outdoor pool, endless pool, tennis court, hiking trails, fitness equipment, lounge areas and more or take part in one of our over 35 rejuvenating spa services.

Valid for new reservations from Monday-Thursday, please add an additional $100 per person for stays on Friday, Saturday or holidays. Culinary retreats require a minimum number of 5 people and a maximum of 10 (maximum size dependent on which spa cottage is chosen). Smaller groups may be accommodated for an additional charge.

Rates are per person, per retreat, based on double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes.

2:00 pm: Arrival (room will be available at 4:00 pm)

2:00 - 4:30 pm: Free time for spa services and facility use

4:30 pm: Afternoon tea

7:00 - 7:30 pm: Meet and greet at your spa cottage with your chef

7:30 - 9:00 pm: Private chef meal and demonstration at your spa cottage


Additional Day (for 2-night retreats only)

8:30 am: Breakfast

10:00 - 12:00 pm: Culinary class and lunch at your spa cottage

12:00 - 4:00 pm: Free time for spa services and facility use

4:00 - 4:30 pm: Afternoon tea

5:00 - 6:00 pm: Hors d'oeuvres chef demonstration at the main inn

7:30 pm: 4-course dinner
